As a former Police Officer, I have faced challenges that most would never understand, much like the lending world. When the bank says no, I can help. My funds have helped many realize their dreams when the banks fail them.

The lending world is getting tougher and lenders often, say no. As a Private lender, I know how to think outside the box and understand your needs. I have strong personal values and am unwilling to compromise the integrity of my work. The banks are motivated not so much by a creative vision as by an almost visceral reaction from being told what to do. I take initiative and make things happen.
